Allow 'Open With...' for Windows shell

While this program is easy to use, it is somewhat inaccessible. Currently, when browsing images, if you find one you'd like to tweak with InPaint, you need to load InPaint and browse to the file -- which can take awhile when you have 1000s of images in dozens of folders.
I included InPaint as a shell 'Open With' option, but this only opens the program but does not load the file.
