'InPaint' would be great if created as a plugin.

Currently, when processing an image and you would like to apply 'InPaint', you need to save the file, open InPaint, browse to the saved file, open in InPaint, edit, save, etc...

I like the idea that InPaint focuses on doing only one thing as well as possible, instead of a "jack of all trades; master of none" image program. But in order to be accessible, it should be available as a plugin for PhotoShop, IrfanView, etc. (as well as a standalone program).
